What you will need:
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast fillets-cut into goujons.
- 250g Rice Krispies
- Butter for greasing
- Mayonnaise for dipping
- Salt and Freshly ground black pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200C and lightly grease the baking tray.
- Put the cereal and some salt and pepper in a bowl and crumble with your fingers until lightly crushed.
- Put the mayonnaise and seasoned crushed cereal mix in to 2 separate bowls,ready for dipping.
- Dip each piece of chicken first in the mayonnaise,shake off any excess,then dip into the crushed cereal.
- Place the dipped chicken onto the prepared baking tray in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden,turning halfway through cooking.
